Terms of Use

The service

WriteForge provides AI-assisted writing and transcription tools. Generated results may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing results before using or sharing them, especially for legal, medical, financial, or other high-impact decisions.

Subscriptions

WriteForge Pro is offered as an auto-renewable monthly or annual subscription. Eligible new subscribers may receive a one-week introductory trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, the subscription renews automatically at the price shown by Apple. You can manage or cancel it in Apple Account subscription settings. A trial is available only when Apple determines your account is eligible.

Acceptable use

Do not use WriteForge to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, bypass safeguards, or abuse the service. We may limit or suspend access needed to protect the service and other users.

Availability

We work to keep WriteForge available, but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Features may change as Apple platform capabilities and AI services evolve.

Apple terms

Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for WriteForge. The Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies where required by the App Store.
